1. Why doesn’t Craftibarb sell over the internet?
Barbara rarely makes more than one item of a kind from the same fabric. As a result we are unable to take orders for bags from specific fabrics. We are considering the creation of a sales page in which items once sold are taken off the page to be replaced by another item. If you were ever an the Horn & Hardart Automat you will know exactly what we mean.

2.Why do most of Craftibarb’s bags have webbing for straps instead of straps made from the material of the bag?
Barbara’s experience is that webbing straps are much stronger and more durable than straps made from the same material as the bag. Because some still prefer fabric straps matching the bag, Barbara makes some of these bags.

3. How do I care for my Craftibarb creation?
Although some friends have had success putting their bags in the washing machine, Barbara recommends dry cleaning. Barbara finds that ScotchGard
works well on her upholstery products.

4. Is there a warrantee on Craftibarbs products?
It has always been Barbara’s practice to repair your product free of charge for the life of the item. Unless we find this becomes impractical she will continue to do this.

5. Does Craftibarb give private shows?
Barbara enjoys giving shows in private homes. Invite your friends. Barbara will provide the hostess with complimentary merchandise. At this time she can only do shows in the North Carolina, and Washington, DC areas.
